Expanding their line-up with a trio of Yanks joining British group leader, Glen Johnson, Piano Magic have expanded their sound exponentially on this recent four-track effort. Featuring new member Jen Adam on vocals, Piano Magic now have a focus for their trancey, droney sounds to hang around. The results recall the early 4AD sound (eg., Dif Juz, Mass, In Camera), or even some of Felt's more experimental early works. Century is a step in the right direction (PIAO! U.K.)
